Your Tasks

• • You clarify customer enquiries technically and commercially and prepare offers and cost estimates.
  • You are responsible for processing customer orders as well as repair orders in SAP.
  • You complete the repair orders, calculate and invoice them.
  • Delivery documents for loan and repaired customer material are created by you, and at the same time you generate the shipping and export documents.
  • You systematically follow up on offers and document them in the system.
  • Weekly, you request outstanding invoices and overdue loan assemblies from the customer.

Your Qualifications

• • A technical basic training with commercial experience or a commercial training with a strong technical affinity forms your basis for this task.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • You are proficient in the common programmes of the MS Office suite and use them routinely in everyday work.
  • You competently support our customers in German and English; any additional language is an advantage.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, are a team player, eager to learn and resilient.
