Servicedesk Coordinator & Vocational Trainer (m/f)

Your area of responsibility

• Coordination of the helpdesk
• Vocational trainer for our IT apprentices
• User support and operation of the internal IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network)
• Fault localisation and resolution
• Creation and maintenance of IT infrastructure documentation
• Escalation management for business-critical faults
• Collaboration in operational operations together with other internal IT staff

Your profile

• You have vocational training in the field of computer science or an equivalent education or further training
• Further training and experience as a vocational trainer
• You are an organisational talent with a structured way of working
• Experience in IT infrastructure support and customer service
• Service-oriented team player with initiative
• German as a native language and good English skills
• Independent and precise way of working
