What you will do here
- Coordinate the decentralised student administration of the Higher Technical College Wood Biel
- Manage registrations for studies, courses and training programmes, process admissions and withdrawals, execute semester and module bookings, create certificates of achievement, promotion and graduation documents
- Write correspondence and mailings to prospective students and students as well as maintain the general email inbox of the Higher Technical College Wood Biel, assist with external communications
- Invoice tuition fees and cantonal contributions, obtain cost approvals, handle expense allowances for specialist lecturers and committees, ensure data maintenance, compile statistics
- Assist with event organisation, prepare and take minutes for or during meetings
- Provide administrative support to the main reception and many other interesting tasks
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed training as a commercial clerk (EFZ), preferably with experience in the education sector
- Written and oral communication skills for professional interaction with lecturers, students and other internal and external stakeholders
- Strong service orientation, teamwork and willingness to cooperate, resilience and flexibility
- Independent, structured working style and very good digital skills
- Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language
