To complement our team, we are looking for you as a Clerk / Sales Back Office and Order Processing from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
Clerk / Sales Back Office and Order Processing w/m/d
These tasks will inspire you
- You process customer orders from entry to invoicing
- You prepare quotations and price lists
- You support our customers competently and friendly by phone
- You coordinate the documents for foreign deliveries in cooperation with our export partner
- You are the interface between sales, logistics and production
- You support the field sales team in daily business
- You handle complaints and returns in a solution-oriented manner
- You assist in organising internal and external events
- You perform a variety of administrative tasks in the sales back office

- Commercial basic training
- Professional experience in order processing, knowledge in the area of export or foreign deliveries is an advantage
- Team-oriented personality with initiative and enthusiasm for learning new things
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Very good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Experience with ERP systems
- Organisational skills
- Very good German and good French skills, spoken and written
