The USZ Campus MITTE1|2 is no ordinary construction project. You help shape a place where thousands of people seek and find help every day. That carries weight, and that is exactly what makes this task special. As a construction manager at Fanzun AG, you are the central contact person on site: you coordinate contractors, specialist planners, designers and the client, keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality, and ensure that a project of exceptional importance takes shape as planned. Together with an experienced, interdisciplinary team, you help shape something that will be visible in Zurich for a long time.

Your tasks

• Construction management and work coordination on the USZ Campus MITTE1|2 construction site
• Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, designers and client
• Management and coordination of workflows during construction execution
• Scheduling and ongoing controlling of costs and quality
• Ensuring a disruption-free construction operation to protect patients and hospital operations

Your profile

• Qualified architect, technician or construction manager in building construction (or equivalent qualification)
• Solid expertise in construction and construction management
• Several years of professional experience in construction management
• Strong cost and quality awareness as well as assertiveness
• Social competence, leadership qualities, teamwork skills and quick comprehension
• Good German and Italian language skills, spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills; knowledge of Messerli Bauad advantageous
