PMO ERP & IT Transformation 100% (m/f/d)
- 14 October 2026
- 100%
- Permanent position
- German (Fluent), English (Intermediate)
About the job
We are further developing our IT landscape and preparing the renewal of our ERP system. This involves not only software but also business processes, data, and collaboration between our teams.
You support our project management and take on active project management tasks in planning, coordination, and project control. Your initial focus is on the ERP transformation. In addition, you bring your experience to other IT, transformation, and cross-departmental projects.
Your Mission
- You take responsibility in close collaboration with the project management for forward-looking planning and tracking of deadlines, budgets, and milestones. You consolidate work packages and dependencies according to uniform standards.
- You coordinate the central interfaces in daily project work and ensure reliable alignment between project management, departments, IT, and external service providers.
- You keep risks, open issues, and changes in project scope transparent. You coordinate appropriate countermeasures with those responsible and prepare necessary decisions.
- You accompany quality assurance and critical project phases in a structured manner – from quality gates and tests through data migration to go-live preparation and handover to operations. You work closely with the technical and subject matter experts.
- You support the team through transparent internal and external resource planning. Together with Finance & Controlling, you keep costs and forecasts comprehensible and prepare well-founded decision documents.
- You document decisions, tasks, and results transparently and follow up on agreed measures. You organise project documentation and accompany organisational change together with the project managers.
Your Backpack
- You bring several years of experience in PMO, project management, or coordination of IT and change projects – ideally in the ERP environment. You have already taken responsibility for planning, coordination, and tracking results yourself.
- You link project plans, capacities, costs, and risks and derive clear overviews and concrete recommendations for action.
- You are familiar with classic, agile, and hybrid working methods and use them to create clear structures without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You work independently, carefully, and organised, keep an overview even with parallel tasks, and reliably document results. You understand the interplay of processes, data, and systems.
- You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English. You can communicate with technical specialists as well as colleagues from other areas and address difficult topics constructively.
