Are you ready to help shape the future of the city of Schaffhausen?

The Herblingen lunch table offers children of kindergarten and primary school age a place to eat, laugh and recharge during lunchtime from 11:45 to 14:15. With us, a shared lunch is just as much a part of the day as varied play activities or the opportunity to complete homework in peace. The children find a safe, supervised environment with space for play, relaxation and social interaction.

For the management of the lunch table, we are looking for a committed site manager who enjoys organisation and the lively daily routine with children. You will work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during lunchtime.

Start date: 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

In this exciting job

• you will care for and accompany children of kindergarten and primary school age during lunchtime at the lunch table.
• you will lead a team of 3 employees.
• you will plan and design the educational work at the site.
• you will be responsible for the occupancy and budget of the lunch table.
• you will maintain cooperation with parents and contribute to site development.
• you will support the team in the domestic area.

You will be successful here

• thanks to your completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ or a comparable pedagogical qualification.
• with professional experience in caring for kindergarten and school children.
• through your enjoyment of working with children, parents and the team.
• thanks to your independent, flexible and team-oriented way of working.
• because you have confident German language skills as well as good MS Office user skills.
