The Systec Switzerland team has been taking care of consulting, sales and customised after-sales service for the Systec products manufactured in Germany for 20 years.

As specialists in steam sterilisation, we know the applications and offer solutions accordingly. We are familiar with the country-specific regulations and advise our customers accordingly.

Thanks to our many years of experience, we offer process-optimised autoclaves that meet the highest requirements for operational safety, personal safety and biological safety.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Product Specialist in Internal and Field Service who passionately and competently supports our customers.

As a product specialist, you are the contact person for our customers and the internal team regarding the product. You have sound and application-related knowledge and support the selection, introduction and optimal use of our devices.

Your Tasks

• Consulting and supporting our customers in internal and field service
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
• Sales of Systec laboratory sterilisers, autoclaves and media preparators
• Preparation of offers and follow-up until contract conclusion
• Presenting and demonstrating products and their functions
• Conducting product presentations and training sessions
• Participation in trade fairs in Switzerland
• Training customers and users
• Supporting with technical and application-related questions
• Providing technical product information and documentation
• Collecting customer feedback and forwarding it to the manufacturer or development
• Considering standards, quality requirements and regulatory specifications
• Cooperating with technical support and other departments
• Project management of larger sales projects

Your Profile

• Completed technical training
• Further training, for example as a Technical Salesperson
• Experience in sales, ideally in the laboratory, pharmaceutical or medical technology sector
• Technical understanding and interest in innovative products
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German skills (native language)
• Good English skills
• Additional languages such as French are an advantage
• Your place of residence is in Central Switzerland, near Cham (ZG)
• You are ideally between 35 and 45 years old
