Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as

Responsible Person for Apprentice/School Administration / HR Administration Staff Member (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for apprentice and school administration with NESA
• Superuser NESA
• Further development of processes and system solutions
• First level support and contact person for internal users
• Representation of GBS in relevant professional committees and user groups, including coordination and handling of cross-cutting issues
• Creation and maintenance of reporting
• After familiarisation: administrative support of HR staff

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for delving into systems and further developing them
• Experience with data processing systems, ideally in a school environment
• Precise, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Resilience and flexibility
