What you can contribute

• Successfully carry out property sales with the support of external partners
• Implement adjustments to surface rights rents with the staff housing cooperatives of the Confederation, partly involving the negotiation of a new surface rights contract
• Ensure the technical management and development of a real estate management team

What makes you unique

• Advanced training in the real estate field (e.g. real estate manager with a federal certificate, or an equivalent qualification)
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and entrepreneurial spirit
• Technical management competence and ability to take on responsibilities
• High autonomy, flexibility, team spirit, open-mindedness, commitment and dynamism
• Good active knowledge of two official languages

In this key position, you will not only conduct negotiations but also shape their outcomes. You will be responsible for complex real estate transactions and actively contribute to shaping the real estate portfolio of the federal civil administration.
