- Shape the future of armasuisse and accompany managers as a competent contact person throughout the entire recruitment process
- Manage and co-responsible for the talent acquisition process – from job posting through interviews to the successful onboarding of new employees
- Skillfully use social media and active sourcing and contribute to successful recruitment with creative ideas
- Ensure a professional and smooth candidate journey together with the HR Service Centre
- Adopt new recruiting trends, bring in fresh ideas and further develop the recruiting process in a needs-oriented and targeted manner
What makes you unique
- Commercial basic training with additional further education in HR (federal specialist certificate or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Independent, proactive working style and enjoyment in driving things forward
- Strong service orientation as well as an eye for pragmatic and sustainable solutions
- Communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
- French language skills (B2)
