Your main responsibilities

Management/leadership of the Assistance & Services team (4 employees)

Area of responsibility "Assistance":

• Appointment coordination as well as agenda management, correspondence and administration of the Chairman of the Executive Board (CEO)
• Support of the governing bodies (Board of Trustees and committees) in scheduling, meeting preparation, minute-taking and follow-up control

Area of responsibility "Services":

• Responsible for all electronic mail processing
• Customer reception care and responsibility as well as building and room management

Organisational and administrative tasks for department heads as well as various corporate areas and projects

Your profile

Further education as a federally certified executive assistant and several years of professional experience

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview even in hectic times

Optimistic, proactive, positive and interested attitude as well as an independent working style

A great deal of tact and the ability to respond to the needs of very different target groups and communicate with them

Strong service orientation, great flexibility and absolute discretion
