Quality Assurance Professional (m/f/d)*

• Responsible for operational supplier management, i.e. qualification, monitoring, development and evaluation of suppliers
• Responsible for supplier complaints, leading investigations and technical review of results
• Handling supplier change notifications, i.e. coordinating and, if necessary, implementing the notifications
• Technical review of purchasing specifications
• Interface function, among others, to Global Q and strategic purchasing to help shape cross-site topics in supplier management
• Initiation and management of cross-departmental projects and improvement initiatives
• Support during customer audits and internal audits
• Ensuring QM reporting and continuous improvement of tools
• Participation in investigations and process optimisations

• Completed scientific or technical degree (Bachelor/Master), e.g. chemistry, pharmacy or mechanical engineering
• Further training in the field of pharmaceutical/medical technology with a focus on quality management
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical/medical technology)
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO 13485)
• Experience in process optimisation, risk analyses (FMEA, Ishikawa) and statistical software
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
