IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the conception, implementation and management of complex IT projects with a focus on digitalisation and process optimisation. You coordinate interdisciplinary teams, liaise closely with stakeholders and ensure efficient project execution. Your experience in professional project management enables you to translate strategic goals into sustainable solutions. You keep budgets, schedules and quality requirements in view at all times. You contribute significantly to the further development of existing IT structures and the successful implementation of innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
- You support users in 1st and 2nd level support on-site and via remote access.
- In this role, you independently analyse and resolve technical faults.
- As an IT Support Specialist, you install and maintain workplace systems such as PCs, laptops and printers.
- You take over user administration including onboarding and offboarding as well as data changes.
- In close cooperation with external service providers, you coordinate support and operational tasks.
- You develop and update documentation and training materials for end users.
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or demonstrable professional experience in IT support as a career changer
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as Azure services such as Entra ID, Exchange, Active Directory and Windows Server
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is required
- You are characterised by an exact, independent and structured way of working
- A high level of service orientation, team spirit and communication skills in customer contact are among your strengths
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel occasionally are expected
