You can contribute in this role

• Draft judgements in the field of asylum law

• Participate in the instruction of administrative court appeal procedures

• Research information about the general situation of the countries of origin and the individual situation of the appellants

• Prioritise cases while adhering to deadlines

This makes you unique

• Completed law degree with diploma from a Swiss university, preferably with a lawyer's licence or doctorate

• Professional experience in a law firm, judiciary or public administration is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking skills, precise linguistic expression, high independence and resilience, ability to accept criticism, team spirit

• Main and working language Italian, good knowledge of another official language

• Willingness to work 80 - 100%
