Your tasks are:
You lead the Social Welfare, Counselling, Asylum department in a professional, operational and organisational capacity and manage a team of 10 social workers as well as the administration team leader. You work closely with the other department heads in the office and collaborate with them and the office management on the further development of the office. You represent the office management in their absence. You are committed to competent and efficient work execution in your department. To achieve this goal, you support your team with your expertise and active contribution and promote collaboration. You further develop the processes and quality standards in your department and ensure the quality of the results of the services provided.
Your profile:
For this demanding role, you bring extensive experience in the field of statutory social work. You have already successfully held leadership responsibilities and possess a university of applied sciences or university degree in social work or a related field. We are looking for a strong, confident and flexible personality who enjoys shaping within the given framework to optimise processes for task fulfilment and strengthen teamwork. A structured way of working and a good overview even in demanding situations help you to complete your tasks with pleasure. Your good user knowledge of the client information system KLIB and your interest in utilising the wide range of functionalities support you in efficiently managing your work.
