Role:
Do you enjoy being the person who ensures systems work, employees receive quick support and IT runs reliably in the background? Then a varied role awaits you between internal infrastructure, Microsoft 365, support and cyber security. You will work independently, solution-oriented and closely with a technically specialised environment.
Responsibilities:
You manage the internal IT infrastructure and ensure stable and reliable operation.
You work with Microsoft 365, Atlassian and various components of the basic infrastructure.
You take on tasks in 1st and 2nd level support and assist users with technical questions.
You take care of operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, email and other central IT services.
You maintain processes, technical documentation and relevant information as the central point of contact for their content.
You bring your experience in IT operations and cyber security into daily work.
You support the Cyber Security Centre with managed services and thereby gain insight into demanding security environments.
You work independently and contribute suggestions for process and workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training in the IT field, for example as an IT specialist EFZ or WMS-I.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian.
You are familiar with basic infrastructure topics such as operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and email.
You have experience in IT support and IT system operations.
Ideally, you have already had contact with cyber security.
You work independently, reliably and responsibly.
You handle confidential information discreetly and are appreciated for your trustworthy nature.
You enjoy working in a team and support others in a solution-oriented manner.
