You can contribute this role
- Represent the Head of the Competence Centre for Military and Disaster Medicine professionally and personally
- Develop services for the training, further education and continuing education of military medical personnel as well as research with specialist partners
- Create basic documents for contracts and ensure professional controlling with service providers
- Maintain close cooperation with internal and external cooperation partners, especially Swiss universities / university hospitals
- Process enquiries and statements as well as lead meetings / projects
- Check study applications for completeness for the Medical Research Committee and prepare decisions
What makes you unique
- Master's degree and Federal Diploma in Human Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy with several years of professional experience, as well as postgraduate training (MME, MBA, Health Economics)
- Knowledge and experience in education and research (PhD) as well as in civilian and military healthcare systems
- Military training desired
- Analytical, conceptual thinking as well as goal- and result-oriented action
- Good active knowledge of a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as very good English skills
