Specialist Quality Management (m/f/d)

About the job

To strengthen our Quality Management team, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement, who will actively shape and further develop our integrated management system. In this versatile role, you will combine quality and process management with audit and HSE topics and work closely with various departments and process owners.

Your Tasks

• Maintenance and continuous development of our integrated management system (IMS) and quality management system (QMS)

• Consultation and support of process owners on quality and process topics

• Review and analysis of customer-specific quality agreements (QSV)

• Creation of the audit programme as well as planning, execution and follow-up of internal audits

• Support and assistance during customer and certification audits

• Coordination and implementation of topics in the area of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensuring and further developing internal audit know-how through training and knowledge transfer

Your Profile

• Technical basic training, for example in mechanics, design, electrical engineering or electronics

• Further training in quality and/or process management

• 2-5 years of professional experience in quality or process management, ideally in an industrial environment

• Sound knowledge of relevant management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949

• Auditor training, for example as Lead Auditor or according to VDA 6.3, as well as knowledge of common quality techniques and IATF Core Tools is an advantage

• Knowledge in the field of occupational safety and relevant Swiss legislation is an advantage

• Very good German and English skills

• Analytical and structured working style as well as a strong sense of quality and deadlines

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and enjoyment of working with different contacts
