It is also responsible for ensuring the infrastructural operation of the entire organisation.
Clerk in Property Management (m/f/d) - 40 - 60%
As a member of our team, you will support the property department in the economical and sustainable management of our residential, office, and commercial properties. In addition, you will take on tasks in the initial letting and management of our new construction project "Wohnpark Bethesda Campus".
Your main tasks
- Supporting property management in the care of own rental properties
- Handling tenant enquiries, correspondence, and incoming terminations
- Supporting rental processes and initial letting of new buildings as well as creating and managing tenancy agreements and addenda according to specifications
- Organising and conducting property viewings, apartment inspections, and handovers
- Coordinating craftsmen and service providers
- Issuing and monitoring maintenance and repair orders
- Assisting with insurance cases in cooperation with the accounting department
- General administrative tasks
Your skills
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ
- Professional experience in property management
- Further training as a clerk in property management or in planning is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with property management software (ImmoTop2)
- Organisational talent and structured working method
- Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independent and responsible working style
- Team player with social competence
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
