About the job
What you can achieve:
Main tasks:
- Ensuring the stable operation of the ERP application through first-level support, troubleshooting, and administrative activities
- Receiving, analysing, and resolving malfunctions in close cooperation with key users and specialist departments
- Supporting and accompanying the business units in the application of processes in the ERP system
- Advising and assisting employees with technical questions
- Supporting key and end users in daily operational business
- Carrying out technical on-/offboarding as well as managing accounts and permissions
Additional tasks / special tasks / projects:
- Collaboration with ERP engineers and developers as well as coordination of complex tickets
- Testing and professional approval of solutions in coordination with the specialist departments
- Support with changes and further developments in the ERP environment
- Interface function between business, ICT, and change management in the support context
What you bring with you:
Must-have requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of process flows in a company
- Experience as a key user or in a comparable role in the ERP environment
- Basic IT understanding as well as knowledge of IT systems
- Good English skills, spoken and written
Advantageous (not mandatory)
- Practical experience in first-level support / helpdesk
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. D365, SAP)
