Who will you be working with?

As part of our Opacc Cloud Service Team, you will automate and standardise the delivery of our services in the Cloud Centre. You will collaborate with our project managers, developers, and system engineers.

Your daily routine

After comprehensive training at the campus in Rothenburg, you will support the team in the following areas:

• Support of our customer systems in the Opacc Cloud Centre
• Installing and updating our systems/applications in the Opacc Cloud Centre
• Monitoring the systems
• Handling incidents
• Assisting in the further development of our Opacc Cloud Centre

Your background

To successfully perform this role, you bring the following:

• Solid technical training and practical experience in the IT environment
• Very good knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Good knowledge in server infrastructure and network technologies
• Enjoyment in contact with our Opacc Cloud customers
• Enjoyment of teamwork and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work evening shifts to keep our customer systems up to date
• Participation in our 7x24 on-call organisation
• Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
