IT Support & System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You don’t just want to process tickets, but actively shape an ICT environment? In this versatile position, you combine support, system administration and project work. You keep the daily ICT running, further develop Microsoft-based services and are at the same time close to the users.
Responsibilities:
You ensure that employees receive quick and competent support with technical questions.
You operate and develop the Microsoft 365 environment including Entra ID and Intune.
You take care of end devices, network, endpoint protection and license management.
You contribute to rollouts, migrations and other ICT projects and improve existing processes.
You use automation to make recurring tasks more efficient.
You take responsibility for central specialised applications such as KLIBnet and KESBweb.
You work closely with specialist departments, employees and external IT partners.
You pass on your knowledge, support training and take over the deputy role of the IT manager if required.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or computer scientist EFZ and ideally further training in system technology, network or software distribution.
You have experience in ICT support and administration of IT environments.
You are confident in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
You ideally already have contact with KLIBnet and KESBweb.
You are a solution-oriented doer who independently analyses problems and takes responsibility.
You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy working with different people.
You enjoy further developing existing solutions and sensibly applying new technologies.
You bring a high level of service orientation and strong team spirit.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as a good understanding of Swiss German are required.
