We are looking immediately for an experienced, implementation-driven personality as
Your tasks
- Develop a target model and governance for a centrally managed HR function – with clear roles, processes, and responsibilities between headquarters and branches
- Define the establishment of the central HR function and ensure its effective implementation in all branches
- Lead and support site managers through change, ensuring consistent implementation on site
- Establish group-wide standards – including recruitment, personnel development, remuneration, as well as labour law and compliance
- Create partly missing foundations (governance, policies, guidelines, processes) and ensure their correct application
- Build HR competencies centrally and decentrally – through enablement, training, and clear guardrails
- Be responsible for the digitalisation and harmonisation of HR systems and data
- Develop meaningful HR key figures and create group-wide transparency for sound management
- Win branches over to a personnel management that provides orientation, takes responsibility, and functions globally
- Independent and competent sparring partner for the CEO and executive management
Your profile
- Many years of experience in building and leading a central, globally operating HR function – ideally in an internationally organised industrial company
- Proven experience in change and transformation processes, especially in the transition from decentralised to central control
- Assertive, resilient personality who does not shy away from conflicts and achieves goals even with limited resources
- Excellent leadership skills, strong implementation orientation, and experience in the successful operationalisation of central HR organisations
- Confident handling of a wide range of stakeholders, from HR freelancers to site managers to executive management
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Extensive experience with "best practice" approaches to developing and implementing governance structures, policies, and KPI systems at group level
- Sound understanding of international HR frameworks (labour law, payroll landscapes) in different countries
