Support, coordination and administration in the role of training supervisor - Projects & process optimisation
HR projects, digitalisation, templates, checklists and process improvements - Consultation & support
Support for managers and employees on HR matters - Absences & time recording
Assistance with time recording and absences

What you bring with you
Here we could list the classic generic qualities…. However, the most important thing is a completed commercial basic education or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by HR further training or ongoing HR training (e.g. personnel clerk or HR specialist). Great motivation and enjoyment in further developing yourself in HR topics is a must.
