What you can contribute
- Carry out daily operations, including administrative tasks, in the field of integration management.
- Coordinate, supervise and document the assignments entrusted to integration management.
- Gather client needs, develop and recommend various solutions.
- Assist the head of integration management in implementing internal organisational or infrastructure projects.
- Perform periodic checks of inventory and internal billing.
- Support the head of the electronic business management system GEVER with questions related to document filing.
What makes you unique
- Initial training as a commercial employee or initial technical training with additional commercial training.
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in office software, and good command of applications.
- Knowledge of the Confederation's standard IT tools and IT service management software is an advantage.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, openness to change and eagerness to learn – Strong service orientation, good communication skills, cooperative spirit.
- Good active knowledge of a second official language.
