Your Tasks

• You actively and cooperatively support the field sales and brokers throughout the entire sales process, contributing to our shared success.
• You assess risks in the sectors: UVGO, UVG supplementary insurance, collective daily sickness benefits insurance, and other accident insurances.
• You conduct risk assessments, process contract adjustments, assist with portfolio measures, and process salary declarations.
• You competently, committedly, and solution-orientedly support customers by phone and in writing.
• You recognise individual needs and develop suitable and sustainable solutions.
• You live a cooperative collaboration and contribute with your commitment to a strong team spirit.

Your Skills

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience in the field of personal insurance
• The VBV certificate (non-life) or willingness to obtain it
• Enjoyment in contact with various interlocutors, a pronounced service orientation, and high customer focus
• Sales-oriented thinking, efficient and solution-oriented collaboration
• Quick comprehension, independent and precise working style
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and Italian, others advantageous
