As a Teacher, you do not work directly in classic customer support or customer projects. Instead, you professionally and methodically accompany our Abacus Consultants, support them in challenging situations, and pass on your experience in a targeted manner. At the same time, you actively shape our internal training and further education, develop training concepts, and independently conduct courses and training sessions.

What makes your daily work exciting:

• You professionally and methodically accompany our Abacus Consultants in projects, assignments, and customer support without bearing direct responsibility for the customers. Your focus is on coaching, knowledge transfer, support, and quality.
• You assist with quality assurance and help ensure our high-quality standards.
• You ensure the basic training in the area of Abacus software for new employees.
• You independently develop training programmes, learning paths, and training concepts further.
• You plan and lead internal courses and training sessions and are responsible for our internal course programme.
• You attend Abacus events and prepare new information for our employees.
• You present the Abacus software at sales events, information sessions, or webinars.

What you bring with you:

• You have several years of experience with Abacus from practical application, consulting, or implementation. Experience with an Abacus sales partner is an advantage.
• Proven experience in the successful implementation of projects or assignments as well as in customer support.
• Enthusiasm for the training and further education of employees and initial experience as a coach is an advantage.
• You have a strong sense for different learning needs and the ability to support employees individually.
• You are open, communicative, and appreciate personal exchange. You find solutions even in demanding situations.
• Even though you are not directly in contact with customers, a structured approach with very high independence is important.
• You are willing to travel regularly to be present at our locations.
• Your colleagues look forward to support from an uncomplicated person who likes to laugh, even at themselves.
