Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Pomy site we are looking for:

A socio-professional instructor in the digital field at 80% - 100%

Mission:

To complement our range of professional skills, particularly in multimedia creation activities, IT & web development, our new colleague will integrate into an environment offering activities at the intersection of office-commerce, IT and visual and graphic design. Within the framework of mandates entrusted by the AI offices, they will participate within a multidisciplinary team in the implementation of orientation, assessment and training measures for people with health impairments.

• Propose and organise a diverse range of practical work in the section to be assigned to our beneficiaries, individually adapted to their needs and abilities
• Support beneficiaries in resuming a work rhythm and confidence, by developing a suitable activity programme
• Identify obstacles and strengths to the rehabilitation project and, ultimately, to the integration of beneficiaries into the economy
• Propose individualised strategies to develop the personal, social and professional skills of our beneficiaries in order to approach the requirements of training and the job market
• Contribute to achieving the objectives of the training plan for beneficiaries in apprenticeship
• Ensure the organisation and monitoring of internships in companies
• Prepare reports for the placement services

Profile and skills:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a media technician, IT specialist or other recognised technical training, with significant professional experience oriented towards multimedia / web.
• Ability to collaborate and integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
• Training as a socio-professional instructor or coaching experience or group management experience would be an asset
• Experience in supporting and supervising people in difficulty, or even in monitoring apprentices, an asset
• Organisational skills, ability to take a step back and synthesise
• Flexibility and adaptability
