The Clienia Group is one of the largest private providers of psychiatric services in Switzerland. With over 20 locations – including the private clinics Clienia Littenheid and Clienia Schlössli as well as the gerontopsychiatric services of Clienia Bergheim – it offers a diverse range of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment methods in outpatient, day clinic, and inpatient settings.
For our department in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue for ward Z2 with the treatment focus "Therapy Programmes" to start immediately or by arrangement.

An interprofessional team ensures comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and milieu-therapeutic treatment and care. This includes an individual therapy offer, close contact with the family system, and an assessment of the social situation. The aim of the treatment is psychological stabilisation and the development of possible coping strategies. The therapy ward offers 10 patient places. We look forward to you actively contributing to the further development of our therapy ward.
Your Tasks
- Active and present support of children and adolescents, which is exactly what working in child and adolescent psychiatry means to us
- Individual and resource-oriented support of our patients within a milieu-therapeutic treatment setting
- Work with reference persons and collaborative interprofessional cooperation
- Needs- and resource-oriented stay and care planning
- Conduct individual and family conversations and lead therapeutic group sessions
- Design, actively lead and accompany daily structure and leisure activities
- Active contact with the family system
- Contribute to the further development of the direct and surrounding factors of daily ward life and treatment processes

Additionally, we expect:
- a completed qualification as a certified social pedagogue
- experience in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry
