IT Support / Service Desk (m/f) 100% [Ref:2465]
Your tasks
- Supporting users with technical issues in 1st and 2nd level support via telephone, e-mail, and ticket system
- Analysing and processing incoming faults as well as forwarding more complex cases to the appropriate specialist departments
- Maintaining solution documentation and knowledge entries as well as contributing to the ongoing improvement of support processes
- Quick and service-oriented resolution of IT problems so that users can continue their work with as little interruption as possible
Your profile
- Completed IT training or comparable professional experience in the IT environment
- Experience in support or customer contact is an advantage; service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with users are important
- Very good German skills from C1 level as well as good Italian skills from B2 level, French is an advantage
- Technical understanding, quick comprehension, and willingness to learn new things
- Independent, reliable working style and clear communication as well as an impeccable reputation
