Customer Advisor (60–100%) Home Office - Career Change Possible

Your Tasks

• You support customers by phone and attentively address their concerns and needs.
• You handle written customer inquiries and emails professionally, carefully, and reliably.
• You work on various customer projects and ensure competent and customer-oriented advice.
• You ensure a high level of service quality and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Your Profile

• You have very good spoken language skills in German as well as French and/or Italian.
• You understand and/or speak Swiss German.
• You enjoy customer contact and convince with your empathetic, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
• You have good PC skills and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
• Experience in customer service or the banking sector is an advantage.
• You are reliable and have a clean criminal record and debt collection register extract.
• You are interested in a hybrid working model and would like to work mostly from home after the training phase.

Working Hours

Shifts take place from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 21:00 and on Saturdays between 08:00 and 18:00. A day shift comprises 8.4 hours.
