Embedded in our Production & Logistics Center, the logistics team plays a key role in the transformation towards a more automated, digitally networked Kistler Smart Factory.
Due to the career change of our valued colleague, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with pronounced operational competence, high customer orientation and enthusiasm for further developing processes and organisation in the context of a changing intralogistics environment.

Your typical day
- Leadership & Development: You lead your team (15 direct reports) based on key figures, develop employees and ensure the achievement of productivity, quality and safety goals
- Operational responsibility: You control, are responsible for and actively support daily operations of the material flow from goods receipt through storage, picking and production parts supply (including Kanban, Milk-Run) to disposal logistics
- Smart Factory & CIP: You actively shape the digital transformation towards the Smart Factory, drive optimisations and SAP processes (MM, WM, PP, EWM) forward and live a continuous improvement process (Focus & Simplicity)
- Safety & Quality: You ensure compliance with all requirements regarding occupational safety, environmental protection and hazardous materials handling and also assist operationally with the team during bottlenecks or inventories
- Interface work: As a link, you work closely with production and internal departments to guarantee high customer satisfaction and smooth processes
Your profile
- Education & experience: You have completed training as a specialist and manager for warehouse logistics (or equivalent) and bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in intralogistics with a wide span of control in a manufacturing company
- Leadership & team strength: You convince by "leading by example", high social competence, assertiveness as well as a strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Working style: Your hands-on mentality, precise and speedy working style as well as joy in shaping change processes distinguish you
- SAP know-how: You are proficient in logistics-relevant SAP transactions (modules SD, MM, WM, PP); ideally, you also have experience with SAP EWM
- Practical qualifications: You hold a category B driving licence as well as a valid forklift licence (Licence I)
