My tasks

• 1st-level support of the Mercanto marketplace by phone and email
• Support with operator issues of the scanner apps
• Active exchange with the support of other suppliers
• Constructive collaboration on process optimisations
• Cooperation with support in Western Switzerland

My profile

• Completed commercial basic training or similar
• Initial professional experience in customer support or helpdesk
• Understanding and interest in digitalisation, processes and changes
• Goal-, solution- and team-oriented working
• Networked and analytical thinking as well as organisational talent
• Reliable and independent personality with initiative
• German as mother tongue, very good French skills, Italian an advantage
