Construction Project Manager

Tasks

• Take on exciting construction projects in the urban environment – from planning to implementation.
• You will work in major projects as a specialist construction project manager and contribute your expertise in the areas of property, works, and facilities.
• You prepare and oversee tenders for engineering and architectural services and coordinate external partners, planners, and specialist offices in a goal-oriented manner until project success; adhering to the budget.
• As an internal specialist, you advise on topics related to geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, as well as shell and interior construction for water supply facilities and buildings.
• Take the opportunity to actively engage in digitalisation in construction and contribute to the introduction and continuous development of the BIM strategy in water supply.

Profile

• Master’s degree as a civil engineer (FH/ETH); further training in project management, preferably in plant construction/construction
• Proven professional experience in civil engineering and constructive project management with initial contact with BIM
• Initiative, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Analytical, result-oriented thinker; organisational talent and assertiveness combined with strong communication skills
• Driving licence category B
