What you can contribute

• Manage end devices/MDM in the Microsoft Cloud environment (AAD, MS Intune, SCCM etc.)
• Ensure software distribution within the scope of release and patch management of standard software (e.g. M365 Apps) as well as for customer orders (e.g. 3rd party apps)
• Automate manual workflow/process steps
• Create reports around the workplace and support partner teams
• Central point of contact for customers and BIT internal departments in all matters of software deployment workplace (BAB & VBAB clients) as well as for requirements for backend systems (including APS-BW, APS customer portal BIT, SCCM, Remedy etc.)
• Participate in problem solving (3rd level support) and testing of new releases

What makes you unique

• IT training (EFZ) as well as completion of a higher professional education or comparable subject-related and/or technical further training
• Know-how in Microsoft SCCM and Intune, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Windows, SQL and PowerShell
• Networked thinking, team-oriented and communicative personality
• Experience in working in agile teams (SCRUM/SAFe) as well as ITIL and Hermes is an advantage
• Good knowledge of an official language as well as English
