Your tasks

• Competent advice to our customers and active sales by telephone and in the winkler sales shop
• Independent parts identification as well as complete order processing in SAP
• Preparation and follow-up of offers
• Complete order processing including deadline monitoring
• Handling of complaints
• Maintenance and further development of customer relationships
• Contact person and independent order processing for the online shop and digital ordering media
• Close coordination with the field sales team and other relevant interfaces

Your qualifications

• Technical training (e.g. truck mechanic) with professional experience in the workshop sector
• Ideally experience in the sales of car or commercial vehicle parts and good technical understanding
• Dynamic, reliable, independent as well as goal- and solution-oriented working style
• Service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
