Your Job

• You support customers and partners with all questions regarding payroll software products and independently develop practical solutions.
• You accompany customers throughout the entire payroll process, from payroll processing through time and performance recording to the self-service portal, ensuring they receive competent advice.

Additionally

• Thanks to your qualified feedback, you actively help develop the products and support the conceptual implementation of new adjustments with a focus on high user-friendliness.
• You support the introduction of new software releases, thoroughly test functions, and ensure stable implementation.
• You ensure that knowledge is purposefully passed on through clear FAQ contributions and relevant news.

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with further specialised training with a federal certificate in social insurance or HR or equivalent, or willingness to complete this further education.
• You have many years of experience in a comparable role, in a demanding payroll position, or at an interface between payroll and financial accounting.
• Your payroll expertise is solid and broadly based, especially in payroll accounting, social insurance, and withholding tax. Experience in time and performance recording is an advantage.
• High affinity for ERP systems as well as interest in digital developments and new technologies such as AI.
• You communicate very confidently in German and have Italian skills at least at B1 to B2 level (and want to further develop them).
