The municipality of Fläsch – www.flaesch.ch – is an attractive wine-growing village in the Bündner Herrschaft, bordering the canton of St. Gallen and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For the newly created position, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and professionally competent individual to actively shape the structural development of the municipality starting January 2027 or by arrangement.

The area of responsibility

• Management of the building administration including building permit procedures
• Leadership and minute-taking of the building commission
• Advising property owners, architects, and commissions on building law matters
• Monitoring compliance with building regulations
• Responsibility for roads, supply/disposal, and municipal properties
• Coordination of the external public works service
• Member of the local planning commission and the municipal management staff

Your qualifications

• Technical or construction-related training with a strong affinity for the construction sector
• Preferably experience in building administration or public construction
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• All-rounder qualities, organisational talent, and assertiveness
• Good IT user skills and strong administrative abilities
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of straightforward contact with the public, authorities, and businesses
