About the job

For our established and well-known law firm located in Küsnacht with modern office facilities, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a lawyer and a substitute with interest and enthusiasm for all matters and legal questions relating to real estate.

Our team operates nationwide in Switzerland in real estate and construction law (mainly Swiss Code of Obligations/Civil Code, procedural law and public construction law). We are characterised by flat hierarchies, a strong team spirit (open-door policy) and a pleasant working atmosphere as well as contemporary working conditions (full job-sharing and home office options available if needed).

Your profile: You are between 22 and 40 years old, hold a convincing legal university degree and can express yourself fluently in speech and writing. Additionally, you are interested in working in teams alongside experienced lawyers while taking on responsibility. Depending on your level of training, you either already hold a lawyer’s licence or aim to obtain it during a substitute year. With your expertise, you will advance the entire firm team and thus contribute significantly to the development of the company. You will work on demanding and high-profile mandates and benefit from the experience of senior colleagues.

Your training and professional development are important to us (e.g. specialist lawyer SAV in construction and real estate law, involvement in teaching, publications, internal know-how transfer, etc.). For substitutes, we offer thorough and practical training that has proven very effective over many years. Furthermore, we place great value on addressing the individual needs of our employees. Long-term collaboration is important to us but not a prerequisite.
