Transaction Manager Purchasing 100% (m/f/d)

• You search for and examine investment opportunities - building land, development projects, new buildings and existing properties
• You contact owners, brokers, architects and general contractors directly and continuously expand Markstein's network of relationships
• You calculate projects, prepare yield calculations and involve external partners for feasibility studies if necessary
• You independently manage the transaction process - from initial review through due diligence and investment proposal to completion and handover to asset management or project development
• You contribute occasionally to sales mandates - from marketing strategy to notarisation

• Experience in the real estate and transaction environment, ideally from acquisition, investment or transaction management, complemented by further training in real estate
• You are confident in valuation, profitability calculations and the relevant key figures
• You are sociable, strong in negotiation and entrepreneurial, take responsibility and drive topics forward independently
• A network in the German-speaking part of Switzerland is a plus - crucial is your willingness to actively expand it
• Very good knowledge of German
