Head of Psychological Psychotherapy (m/f/d), 50 to 100%, including Home Office

About the job

At klaroADHS, we are currently establishing a new service area: psychological psychotherapy. You will not take over this area as a finished structure, but will shape it from the ground up, professionally, organisationally, and in close collaboration with our medical team. Part of the work can be done from home. You will start with a team of psychologists in training. If you are keen to build something new and lead a team professionally, rather than managing an existing system, this is your opportunity.

Your tasks

• Building the service offering from scratch
• Leading and supervising the team
• Professional leadership and further development
• Own psychotherapeutic treatment activities within the ordering model, alongside your leadership role
• Close collaboration with the medical team

Your profile

• University degree in psychology and a Swiss federal recognised advanced training qualification in psychotherapy (or an equivalently recognised foreign qualification)
• At least 3 years of clinical psychotherapeutic practice (clinical years of training count), including at least 12 months full-time equivalent at an SIWF-recognised psychiatric-psychotherapeutic training institution in Switzerland (Category A, B or C), after the start of training
• Very good German language skills
• Desire for responsibility and co-creation

We offer

• Genuine scope for design
• CHF 150,000 to 170,000 gross annual salary at 100%, depending on experience, fixed and without revenue targets
• Workload 50 to 100%
• Hybrid working with home office component
• A well-coordinated medical team
• Start by arrangement, also as late as spring 2027
• 5 weeks holiday (6 from age 50)
• Location Zurich or Biel/Bienne
