For the whole of French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality for our field service (on-site sales): someone who manages their territory like their own business, wants to actively shape growth and turns potential into turnover. Our specialised retailers want to be supported and advised competently – and an important lever today clearly lies in development:

Actively placing new assortments, developing concepts in the household appliances sector, inspiring retailers for future markets such as robotics (e.g. reception, service and cleaning robots) and solar (photovoltaics), and winning new partners in a targeted manner.

You organise your daily work independently, immediately identify untapped potential and systematically convert it into turnover? Then French-speaking Switzerland is precisely your playground.

Your mission

You strategically develop your client portfolio: you place new assortments, convince retailers to adopt innovative sales concepts and turn advice into concrete sales. You actively advance the development of our assortment and sales concepts in the household appliances sector and enthuse your retailers about them. You make future markets such as robotics (e.g. reception, service and cleaning robots) and solar (photovoltaics) your growth engine – both with existing and new retailers. You acquire new business partners: you spot opportunities, actively approach decision-makers and persist until the deal is closed. You manage your region like your own business: autonomous planning of rounds, clear priorities according to potential and full responsibility for turnover and margin. You support your retailers in their advertising and promotional activities and represent ElectronicPartner at trade fairs and supplier training sessions.

Your profile

Basic commercial or technical training and several years of successful and proven experience in field service / on-site sales – ideally in the consumer electronics, household appliances, IT or specialised retail sectors, with your own network in the industry. Native-level French and good knowledge of German (for communication with our headquarters and supplier training); Italian is a plus. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong personal initiative: you identify potentials, set your own priorities and take action. Strong closing and prospecting skills: cold calling does not scare you, you conduct difficult negotiations with confidence – and a "no" is a motivation for you, not an end. Excellent communication skills, negotiation confidence and contagious enthusiasm – you lead discussions through to closing. Residence in the sales area, from where you can easily reach all cantons of French-speaking Switzerland. In field service, you are at home where your clients are – you spend almost all your time directly with the retailers.
