IT Service Desk Employee (m/f)
Your tasks
- Ensuring first-level support for our IT users
- Receiving fault reports, questions, and change requests by phone and remote maintenance
- Supporting PC users in setting up workstations and peripheral devices
- Analysing, resolving, and documenting ICT problems
- Creating added value through the application of ITIL competencies
- Classifying, processing, and documenting tickets and forwarding them to second-level support
- Maintaining the knowledge database and managing the hardware inventory
Your qualifications
- Completed IT training (EFZ) or comparable qualifications
- Professional experience in IT service desk and IT support environments
- In-depth process knowledge in service request, incident, problem, and change management (ITIL V3 certification desirable)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft-based client/server environments as well as the MS Office product range
- Personality of a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Very reliable, committed, persistent, and good manners
- Very good English skills as well as business fluent German
