Your tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients
- You advise and support our clients and their relatives
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s home
- Spitex case management and active participation in expanding our internal Spitex services
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
Your profile
- Training as a Dipl. Nurse
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex area is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
- You have completed the RAI-HC course or are willing to complete it
