What you will do with us

• Maintain and further develop customer environments: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Citrix and network, from operation to security.
• Projects from A to Z: Cloud and server migrations, Citrix environments as well as telephony and UCC with Wildix, from planning to handover.
• Support at all levels: From quick help on the phone to tricky fault analysis. This is where trust is built.
• Consult on equal footing: You recognise what a customer really needs, not just what they order.
• Automate: You ensure that recurring work does not remain recurring.
• Shape: You contribute ideas on how we can improve our own processes and platforms.

What you bring with you

• A basic IT education (IT specialist EFZ, HF, FH or university) and 5-10 years of experience as a system engineer, ideally at an IT service provider. Equivalent practical experience also counts.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows Server and have solid basics in networking and security.
• You know the daily routine between project work and urgent tickets and keep an overview.
• You enjoy talking to people and explain technology in a way that is easy to understand.
• You take responsibility, even when no one is watching, and follow up until something is really done.
• You understand Swiss German and speak very good German. English and French are a plus.Citrix or Wildix experience? Great. If not, you will learn it with us.
