IT Supporter in Nursing / Application Support 80–100 %

Your tasks

• You support our employees in general IT first-level support and assist with questions regarding workplace devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, mobile devices and standard software.
• You are the contact person for support requests concerning our nursing and patient information systems Perigon and EasyDoc.
• You assist users with questions and problems in the daily use of the two systems.
• You analyse error messages and determine whether it is a user problem, an authorisation issue, a process or a technical fault.
• You independently resolve known and standardised problems.
• You escalate more complex professional, applicative or technical issues to the responsible application managers, IT specialists or manufacturers.
• You support entries, changes, exits as well as user and authorisation concerns related to Perigon and EasyDoc.
• You introduce new employees to the basic use of our nursing information systems and assist with training and user instructions.
• You create and maintain simple instructions and aids for our employees.
• You assist with tests after updates, releases or changes, bringing in your experience from everyday nursing practice.
• You recognise recurring problems and potential for improvement and pass these on in a structured manner to the responsible departments.
• You reliably accompany open support cases until resolution and ensure clear communication with the users.

Your profile

• You have completed training in nursing or healthcare, for example as a Health Specialist with a Federal Diploma (EFZ), a qualified nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification.
• You bring practical professional experience from nursing or healthcare.
• You have already worked with Perigon or EasyDoc – experience with at least one of the two systems is a requirement for this position.
• You are willing to deepen your knowledge of the other system and support both applications in the future.
• Experience in Spitex, long-term care or a comparable environment is an advantage.
• You have a strong interest in IT, digital tools and processes and want to develop professionally towards IT.
• You are confident in using PC, smartphone and common Microsoft 365 applications.
• You can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and procedures.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• You enjoy helping other people with digital questions.
• You can explain technical topics simply, patiently and understandably.
• You understand the processes and challenges of everyday nursing and can classify practical concerns well.
• You work in a structured, careful and independent manner.
• When problems arise, you proceed analytically and enjoy finding the cause.
• You know when you can proceed independently and when it makes sense to involve other specialists.
• You are service-oriented, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
• Careful and discreet handling of particularly sensitive personal and health data is a matter of course for you.
