Aris Personnel Consulting is a recruitment agency with a well-established network. For our client, a brokerage company based in Zurich or Bern, we are looking for, by arrangement, a:

Claims Team Leader 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You lead the claims team in the areas of property, liability, and motor vehicle insurance professionally.
• You work as part of the team and contribute your experience to claims processing.
• You handle complex claims cases and develop viable solutions.
• You deliver presentations and conduct training sessions for clients.

Your qualifications:

• Extensive experience in claims processing, especially in the mentioned insurance areas.
• Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and professionally supporting colleagues.
• A structured way of working and good judgement in demanding cases.
• A confident manner and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Your workplace:

• Zurich or Bern

Your start date:

• By arrangement
