Customer Advisor Outbound (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %
Your tasks
- You welcome new customers with joy, a positive attitude, and genuine interest. This builds trust from the very first moment, leaves an excellent first impression, and helps you identify potential.
- You are proactive, ambitious, and close to our customers. You demonstrate this in daily contact on topics such as basic services, pensions, and investments - personally on site as well as via video and telephone.
- You listen, understand the needs of our customers, and translate these into suitable solutions.
- With passion, you expand existing customer relationships and develop them sustainably.
- You actively engage in sales campaigns and contribute your own ideas to the further development of our existing customer base.
Your experience and personality
- You have a commercial education - ideally in the financial sector - or bring solid experience in customer consulting.
- You enjoy personal advice in retail and want to make an impact here - not as a stepping stone, but out of conviction.
- You enjoy working in a team, actively contribute, and convince with your winning, positive manner.
- You take responsibility, think ahead, and tackle issues independently.
