ZurichYour Tasks
- You take on the personnel, professional and operational management of the Supported Living Light programme.
- You are responsible for the leadership and development of the two subordinate service managers and a total of around 10 employees.
- You ensure a high-quality and needs-oriented service delivery.
- You strategically and conceptually further develop the offer and contribute to the expansion of new locations.
- You are responsible for resource, budget and deployment planning as well as controlling.
- You ensure quality standards and implement internal guidelines.
- You maintain close cooperation with internal and external partners and work on cross-departmental projects.
- You are responsible for recruitment, personnel development and promoting a positive leadership culture.
Your Profile
- Degree Bachelor / Master in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or comparable qualification
- Leadership training (at least CAS)
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in the social sector
- Strong leadership skills as well as experience in organisational and service development
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high social competence and decisiveness
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good IT user skills
- Enjoyment of a dynamic environment and working with diverse stakeholders

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 100,000 and 125,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
